You can feel Raksha’s energy on meeting her – she’s passionate about people and real estate, and knows her stuff.

With a degree in economics and land management – and more than 16 years’ experience and hundreds and hundreds of property sales – Raksha is a consummate professional with real expertise and insight.

But the icing on the cake is Raksha’s personality – she is energetic, friendly and enthusiastic. Previous clients come back to her – and refer her to others – time and time again. Her testimonials are many and positive – with frequently repeated phrases such as:  clearly defined plan, perfect plan, professional, price above our target, excellent service, wonderful job, absolutely delighted, far exceeded our wildest dreams, feedback, love her smile, awesome work, tells it straight, best smile in the business, hard-working and price beyond our dreams.

These are testament to her strong client focus and ability to get results.

Aside from real estate, her husband, her bundle of bubbly joy baby girl Adhira and family are also her passions. In her spare time, she loves taking her daughter exploring new places, curl up with a good book or surf the net for ideas for her next family holiday.

Questions

The things sellers ask Raksha first.

Is the appraisal really free?
Yes — there's no cost and no obligation. Raksha will walk you through what your property could achieve, based on recent local sales and current buyer demand.
What happens after I submit the form?
Raksha will be in touch personally, usually within a business day, to arrange a time that suits you — over the phone or in person at your property.
Am I committing to anything?
No. An appraisal is information, not a commitment — there's no obligation to list with Raksha, and none to sell at all. Plenty of people ask for one simply to understand where the market sits before deciding anything.
What's the difference between an appraisal and a valuation?
An appraisal is provided free by a licensed salesperson and reflects what the market is likely to pay right now. A registered valuation is a paid, formal assessment by an independent registered valuer, and is what banks and courts rely on. Most people selling a home need an appraisal; a valuation is usually only needed for lending or legal reasons.
