About Laura

Real estate has always been more than just a career for me – it’s a genuine passion. Growing up surrounded by the property world naturally shaped my interest and my commitment to helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

I began my journey in Property Management, where I learned the importance of care, clear communication, and attention to detail. It wasn’t long before I discovered my true calling in sales connecting people with their next home and making every step of the process as smooth and rewarding as possible.

Now part of the trusted team at Ray White Manurewa, I bring over four years of experience as a licensed salesperson. My focus is on building meaningful relationships based on trust, transparency, and professionalism. Whether you’re buying or selling, I’m here to ensure your property journey is a positive and memorable one.

Questions

The things sellers ask Laura first.

Is the appraisal really free?
Yes — there's no cost and no obligation. Laura will walk you through what your property could achieve, based on recent local sales and current buyer demand.
What happens after I submit the form?
Laura will be in touch personally, usually within a business day, to arrange a time that suits you — over the phone or in person at your property.
Am I committing to anything?
No. An appraisal is information, not a commitment — there's no obligation to list with Laura, and none to sell at all. Plenty of people ask for one simply to understand where the market sits before deciding anything.
What's the difference between an appraisal and a valuation?
An appraisal is provided free by a licensed salesperson and reflects what the market is likely to pay right now. A registered valuation is a paid, formal assessment by an independent registered valuer, and is what banks and courts rely on. Most people selling a home need an appraisal; a valuation is usually only needed for lending or legal reasons.
