About Cherish

Driven, dedicated, and genuinely passionate, I bring fresh energy, determination, and care to every client relationship. People have always been my greatest motivation. Real estate isn’t just about property to me, it’s about the people behind every decision, every dream, and every milestone. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest moments, and I don’t take the responsibility of being part of that journey lightly.

Before transitioning into real estate, I worked as a New Home Sales Consultant with one of New Zealand’s leading building companies, where I gained valuable first-hand experience helping people achieve their home ownership goals. That experience gave me a solid understanding of the building process, property knowledge, and, most importantly, how to listen to people’s needs and deliver exceptional service.

Family is at the heart of who I am, and I understand that a home is so much more than four walls it’s where life’s most important moments happen. Whether you’re buying your first home, upsizing, downsizing, investing, or selling, look no further

Genuinely invested in your success. With you every step of the way

Questions

The things sellers ask Cherish first.

Is the appraisal really free?
Yes — there's no cost and no obligation. Cherish will walk you through what your property could achieve, based on recent local sales and current buyer demand.
What happens after I submit the form?
Cherish will be in touch personally, usually within a business day, to arrange a time that suits you — over the phone or in person at your property.
Am I committing to anything?
No. An appraisal is information, not a commitment — there's no obligation to list with Cherish, and none to sell at all. Plenty of people ask for one simply to understand where the market sits before deciding anything.
What's the difference between an appraisal and a valuation?
An appraisal is provided free by a licensed salesperson and reflects what the market is likely to pay right now. A registered valuation is a paid, formal assessment by an independent registered valuer, and is what banks and courts rely on. Most people selling a home need an appraisal; a valuation is usually only needed for lending or legal reasons.
