About Ash

Ash has been involved in sales since the age of 20, but it was while purchasing his first investment property that he was encouraged to consider a career in real estate — and he hasn’t looked back since. With a relatable personality, honest approach, and strong work ethic, Ash has built a reputation for delivering better-than-expected outcomes for his clients.

Starting his real estate career in a large-scale projects-based team, Ash developed a strong foundation in land acquisition, development design and feasibility, project marketing, and off-plan sales. Over the past four years, he has combined this experience with residential sales across South and East Auckland, steadily building a respected personal brand within the industry.

Ash thrives on the challenge that every property sale brings. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or developers, he enjoys the negotiation process and the satisfaction of helping clients achieve exceptional results. His engineering degree, earned in the USA, further strengthens his skill set and allows him to provide added insight and value to developer clients throughout their projects.

Known for his honest, straightforward communication style, Ash believes every property deserves a tailored strategy rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. His ability to adapt to changing market conditions, combined with his hands-on involvement throughout every stage of the process, ensures his clients feel supported, informed, and confident from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, sport continues to play a major role in Ash’s life. He has played football for over 20 years and attended Northwest Kansas Technical College in the USA on a football scholarship. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or spending time with family and friends.

Questions

The things sellers ask Ash first.

Is the appraisal really free?
Yes — there's no cost and no obligation. Ash will walk you through what your property could achieve, based on recent local sales and current buyer demand.
What happens after I submit the form?
Ash will be in touch personally, usually within a business day, to arrange a time that suits you — over the phone or in person at your property.
Am I committing to anything?
No. An appraisal is information, not a commitment — there's no obligation to list with Ash, and none to sell at all. Plenty of people ask for one simply to understand where the market sits before deciding anything.
What's the difference between an appraisal and a valuation?
An appraisal is provided free by a licensed salesperson and reflects what the market is likely to pay right now. A registered valuation is a paid, formal assessment by an independent registered valuer, and is what banks and courts rely on. Most people selling a home need an appraisal; a valuation is usually only needed for lending or legal reasons.
