About Amy

Amy particularly loves the complexity of real estate, which allows her to challenge herself to deliver results to a wide range of sellers and buyers, whether you’re an empty nester or new investor. A true people-person, she genuinely loves meeting and helping people at all stages of their property journey.

She says, “ Real estate is not a simple job; it’s easy to see who is a professional. I believe all my vendors and buyers deserve my high level of care, responsibility and dedication to serving their needs. My goal is to see you smiling and stress-free.”

A lifelong learner, Amy has a solid foundation in management, working under strict time pressures and adhering to process. Her time spent in hospitality as a successful sous chef gave her exceptional planning skills and a great love of organisation – and the rare ability to keep a cool head in a demanding pressure-cooker environment.

In fact, Amy is often noted for her smiling face, energy and wonderful optimism, and of course, these qualities make her an easy person to relate to – an asset for any profession, but even more so in the ever-changing world of real estate. Amy says, “My biggest strength is my ability to take care of my sellers and buyers, listening to them to establish their needs. I am flexible and patient, and can see the humour in a situation too. I get great satisfaction from helping people fulfil their dreams and supporting you in any way I can.”

Questions

The things sellers ask Amy first.

Is the appraisal really free?
Yes — there's no cost and no obligation. Amy will walk you through what your property could achieve, based on recent local sales and current buyer demand.
What happens after I submit the form?
Amy will be in touch personally, usually within a business day, to arrange a time that suits you — over the phone or in person at your property.
Am I committing to anything?
No. An appraisal is information, not a commitment — there's no obligation to list with Amy, and none to sell at all. Plenty of people ask for one simply to understand where the market sits before deciding anything.
What's the difference between an appraisal and a valuation?
An appraisal is provided free by a licensed salesperson and reflects what the market is likely to pay right now. A registered valuation is a paid, formal assessment by an independent registered valuer, and is what banks and courts rely on. Most people selling a home need an appraisal; a valuation is usually only needed for lending or legal reasons.
