A T Realty Doubles Down on South Auckland With Strategic Office Consolidation
One of Auckland’s fastest-growing real estate groups is doubling down on South Auckland, with A T Realty Group consolidating its Mangere operation into its flagship Ray White Manukau office as part of a wider growth strategy across the region.
The move brings the full strength of A T Realty’s award-winning Manukau operation into one of Auckland’s most active property markets, giving Mangere clients and agents access to deeper resources, larger support teams, stronger infrastructure, advanced technology, and the systems behind one of Ray White New Zealand’s top-performing offices.
The consolidation forms part of A T Realty’s broader Auckland growth strategy, with the group now operating Ray White Manukau, Manurewa, Mangere Bridge and Auckland Central offices – continuing to strengthen its footprint across the Auckland market.
The move also reflects growing confidence in South Auckland’s long-term property market, with larger infrastructure-led businesses increasingly investing into scale, auction capability, technology, training and agent support as competition across the industry intensifies.

A T Realty Director, Tom Rawson, said the consolidation represents a major investment in South Auckland and the future growth of the group’s salespeople.

Pat Lapalapa, who built the Mangere operation into a recognised local force, will continue in a leadership role across the wider A T Realty Group with a focus on strengthening market share and growth throughout the area.
