Throughout the month, the team across our Ray White Manukau, Manurewa, Mangere and Mangere Bridge offices continued to produce premium results for their clients with an impressive success rate of 85% in our auction rooms.
In comparison, the next biggest auction-dominant agency attained a clearance rate of just 20% in July. As Ray White New Zealand’s lead auctioneer, Sam Steele, says,
“success leaves clues and evidence always beats fear”.
Our clients are recognising now more than ever, the importance of placing their property in the hands of high-performing agents underpinned by South Auckland’s most dominant agency to achieve premium outcomes that position them to make the next move in life.
We capped off the month with a 100% success rate in our auction rooms last week, with 5/5 properties selling under the hammer. The South Auckland market is still buoyant and completion remains strong within our auction rooms. Each property received an astounding average of 2.8 offers presented throughout the campaign and an average of 41 bids on the day.

The event was planned and hosted by the wonderful team at Ray White Mangere and was a huge success with 72 team members in attendance.
The A T Realty team did what we do best and took part in an auction to raise money to fund further research projects and medical grants to improve survivorship as well as to support patients and their families during treatment and recovery.
We’re proud to have exceeded our original goal and have raised $14,005.50.
