Terms & conditions

1. Property must be listed for sale between 01 August and 31 August 2023.

2. Property must be signed up at our normal commission rate.

3. The property owner must set their reserve within the agent appraised range if for sale by auction.

4. The property owner must be prepared to accept an offer within the agent appraised range if not for sale via auction.

5. The property must be advertised using spring marketing promotion budget as a minimum requirement. A copy of the budget is available by request.

6. The property owner must pay $3,000 upfront, this is non-refundable.
