Ray White A T Realty Group has appointed Robert Tulp, back-to-back Real Estate Institute of New Zealand National Auctioneering Champion (2024 & 2025), as Head of Auctions and Campaign Performance.
Operating exclusively within the group, Tulp will lead auction operations while working directly with agents to enhance campaign strategy, performance, and auction outcomes across Auckland.
A Leading Auctioneer with 30+ Years of Real Estate Experience
Tulp brings more than three decades of real estate expertise, having worked across sales, management, business ownership, mentoring, and auctioneering since entering the industry in 1992.
A licensed real estate agent and elite-level auctioneer, he has competed at both national and Australasian levels, cementing his reputation as one of New Zealand’s top auctioneers.
His appointment reinforces Ray White A T Realty Group’s commitment to delivering high-performance auction campaigns, competitive bidding environments, and stronger sale results for sellers.

The appointment follows the group’s recent expansion into Auckland Central and Wynyard Quarter, positioning A T Realty as a Central & South Auckland real estate specialist.
Tulp’s role will play a key part in:

- Supporting agents with data-driven auction strategies
- Driving stronger results across both residential homes and apartment sales
