Pat Lapalapa

Born and bred in South Auckland, Pat is a local who feels lucky to be working in an industry he is passionate about, while getting to share his love for and knowledge of his home. For 8 years Pat has been working in and around South Auckland in the Real Estate Industry, and his vibrant, zealous and sincere personality has seen him form incredibly loyal client relationships.

Pat is an agent who puts extra time and effort into his craft, and one of his property listings has gone viral online and overseas. Pat’s professional achievements include accomplishing $50 million in settled sales within his first 2 years in the industry, being a Platinum Award winner for 2016-2019, being recognised as of the top 5 agents for South and East franchises and number one for Harcourts Manukau for the 2017-2018 year. His success has not stopped there, following being recognised as the top agent for the country under a boutique brand agency. Under the Ray White brand he falls within in the top 1% internationally.

Before stepping into the real estate industry, Pat had 2 years experience in a managerial role in hospitality, and spent 2 years working under the Ministry of Social Services. These experiences honed his leadership skills, and he was able to challenge himself to take charge and make improvements to marketing methods to improve financial growth – all skills which he now brings with him to the property market.

Adaptable, outgoing and caring, Pat finds it easy to communicate with a multicultural audience. His amicable nature has helped him build lifelong relationships with many locals, and he is an active member of the community within church groups and various other clubs.

Pat prides himself on being genuine and transparent, and, having had personal experience  both selling and buying, he understands that the process can be challenging and stressful. Pat works hard to understand his clients, and to alleviate pressures to help the people he works with make well-thought out decisions for the best possible outcome.
