Originally a qualified lawyer, she transitioned into real estate and spent 13 years in sales, quickly establishing herself as a top performer. Early in her career, she was recognised as Barfoot & Thompson Rookie of the Year and went on to build a successful business across Grey Lynn, Ponsonby, Westmere and Auckland’s inner city – giving her firsthand insight into what it takes to build and sustain a high-performing real estate business.

Becs later moved into a leadership role as Head of Coaching & Development for Bayleys in the North, where she was instrumental in developing agent capability, lifting performance and supporting the growth of high-performing teams. She has worked closely with agents at all stages of their careers, helping them unlock potential, improve results and scale their businesses. Her experience across leading brands including Ray White, Bayleys and Barfoot & Thompson gives her a well-rounded and practical perspective on what truly drives success in real estate.

She is passionate about working alongside agents to help them grow – whether that’s building momentum, taking their business to the next level or creating more consistency and balance. Her success naturally led to leadership, where she thrived as a Branch Manager – building high-performing teams and championing a culture of excellence.

Today, as Performance Director at A T Realty Group, Glenis plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business. She is deeply committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of elite agents, with a career defined by the many rising stars she has guided to grow in confidence, capability, and success. 

Alana manages the day-to-day operations of A T Realty Group, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently so the team has the tools and support they need to succeed.

As one of the company’s longest-standing members, Alana has been with A T Realty Group since its inception over 12 years ago. She has played a key role in supporting the business through its incredible growth – from a single office location to four and from a team of five to more than 180.
