Steve King is a highly experienced real estate professional with a strong background spanning marketing, construction, property development, and sales. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canterbury, Steve went on to hold senior marketing roles within the building industry, developing a deep understanding of how property is positioned, promoted, and successfully brought to market.
Building on this foundation, Steve established his own construction company before spending several years actively involved in property development. This hands-on experience has provided him with valuable insight into the full property lifecycle — from planning and construction through to sales and investment performance.
