Infrastructure & Development
Te Waihorotiu: The Station That Will Transform Auckland Central Forever.
The $5.5 billion City Rail Link is on track to open in the second half of 2026 – and at its heart is Te Waihorotiu, set to become New Zealand’s busiest train station.
Located at Victoria and Wellesley Streets, the underground station features 4,000 golden aluminium rods inspired by riverbank reeds, seven skylights evoking the Matariki star cluster, and direct connections to the Aotea Centre, SkyCity, Queen Street shopping, AUT and the University of Auckland. For residents and investors, this represents once-in-a-generation connectivity at the heart of Auckland Central.

we know auckland
We're not just selling Auckland Central - we actually live here.
Here’s what our team loves about city life.
ALEX K β CITY CENTRE
"The walkability is unreal."
Alex lives in Library 27 with his dog Sonny. His commute to the office? 8 minutes on foot.
He's a regular at the Britomart Saturday Market and a huge fan of Myers Park for morning runs - Sonny even more so.
Library 27 is pet-friendly, and so are quite a few Auckland Central apartment buildings.
MICHELLE β FREEMANS BAY
"City living with a backyard feel."
Michelle lives in Beaumont Quarter with her sausage dogs Bo and Zig. Wynyard Quarter's parks and waterfront walking tracks are her daily dog-walk loop. "People are always surprised how much green space there is here."
JUDI β CITY CENTRE
"I sold my car two years ago."
Judi lives in Oasis and hasn't needed a car since. With the bus hub, the soon-to-open CRL, and everything within walking distance, city centre living is genuinely car-free. "I save what I used to spend on petrol and parking - and I'm fitter for it."
ROSS β CITY CENTRE
"Best decision I ever made."
Ross made the move from the North Shore to Pacifica and never looked back. "The lifestyle is completely different. Everything I need is five minutes away. I actually use the city now instead of just driving through it."
DUSANΒ - EDEN TERRACE
"The neighbourhood is evolving fast."
Dusan lives in Eden Terrace β just minutes from Karangahape Road's increasingly vibrant dining, bar and arts scene. "K Road five years ago and K Road now are two completely different places. It's one of the most exciting neighbourhoods in Auckland."
