Terms & conditions

1. Property must be signed up at our normal commission rate.

2. The property owner must set their reserve within the agent appraised range if for sale via auction.

3. The property owner must be prepared to accept an offer within the agent appraised range if not for sale via auction.

4. The property must be advertised using the 2023 New Year promo marketing budget as a minimum requirement. A copy of the budget is available by request.

5. The property owner must pay the total marketing costs before marketing commences. $2,500 will be refunded to the vendor upon the sales of the property.

6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

7. If the property is not sold, we are unable to refund $2,500 of marketing.

8. This promotion is valid from 22nd December 2022 to 31st March 2023.
